What Pallet Circle Is

Pallet Circle is a platform for liquidation and pallet resellers to:

• Track and manage inventory
• Connect with other resellers
• Propose and complete trades
• Message other users
• Build reputation through reviews

Your Account

You need to be at least 18 to use Pallet Circle. When you create an account, please use accurate information. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure — if someone accesses your account, let us know right away.

Be a Good Community Member

Pallet Circle works because people treat each other fairly. Please don't:

• Post fake or misleading item descriptions
• Harass or threaten other users
• Create multiple accounts to game the system
• Use the platform for anything illegal
• Scrape data or interfere with the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.

Trades

Pallet Circle helps you find and arrange trades, but we're not a party to any trade. When you trade with someone, that's between you and them. You're responsible for:

• Verifying item quality and condition
• Agreeing on meeting logistics or shipping
• Following through on your commitments

We provide dispute tools to help when things go sideways, but we can't guarantee outcomes. The reputation and review system is there to help you make informed decisions about who to trade with.

Your Content

Photos, descriptions, reviews, and messages you post are yours. By posting them on Pallet Circle, you give us permission to display them on the platform (that's how other users can see your listings and reviews). You can remove your content at any time.

Payments

Pallet Circle offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — reach out to us if you have concerns.

Limitation of Liability

We work hard to keep Pallet Circle running smoothly, but we can't guarantee the platform will be available 100% of the time or that it will be completely error-free. We're not responsible for losses from trades between users, platform downtime, or data loss beyond what's within our reasonable control.

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us (if anything) in the past 12 months.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. If we need to do that, we'll tell you why when possible.

Changes

If we make significant changes to these terms, we'll notify you by email before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by US law.
